Mr Nick Rodgers BA FCA MSI

Nick Rodgers was appointed to the Morvus Board in November 2004. He is a highly experienced and successful corporate financier with considerable track record of fundraising and transactions for small and medium sized businesses in the UK. Formerly the head of the Life Sciences team at Evolution Beeson Gregory, he has had significant exposure to companies in the healthcare, medical, biotechnology and environmental sectors and has advised on over 100 acquisitions or disposals, some 40 flotations and in excess of 20 takeovers. In April 2005 he established Ipso Ventures, an IP commercialisation business where he is chief executive. He is also the senior independent non executive director of Oxford BioMedica plc and a non-executive director of TMO Renewables Limited.
